Earnest Eats is a small group of food & beverage businesses — including Alice, Benji, Københavns Bageri, Aurora Ismejeri, and Sneezing Fruits — built on real craftsmanship, good ingredients, and great people. We're growing, with an exciting new project for next year, and our digital presence needs to keep pace.

As our new Social Media Manager, you'll work closely with our CEO and brand managers, help with how people experience our brands online. You'll help shape content and format across our different businesses — from fresh-out-of-the-oven bakery shots to behind-the-scenes at the ice cream dairy.

What you'll do:

• Manage our day-to-day social channels together with our brand managers.

• Plan and produce content — photo/video shot at our brand locations (Alice, Benji, Københavns Bageri, Aurora Ismejeri, Sneezing Fruits) and at HQ

• Help shape content and format across our different businesses, together with the CEO and brand managers

• Build out a simple content and posting strategy

• Report on what's working, so we can keep improving

What we're looking for:

• A student with a genuine interest in social media and content creation

• A good eye for aesthetics — you know what stops the scroll

• Some experience with photo/video editing

• Someone who can work independently and manage their own time and deadlines

• A genuine interest in food, craftsmanship, and local brands

The details:

• 15 hours/week, spread across 2–3 days

• Flexible around your study schedule

• Based at our HQ in Carlsberg Byen, with regular time on-site at our brand locations

• Start date: as soon as possible
