AURORA ISMEJERI
Ice cream is a formula, and we treat it like one. We keep air to a minimum, which gives you the texture we're after: dense, slightly chewy, nothing whipped-up or hollow about it.
We hand-pick top-shelf ingredients; Søtofte dairy, Original Beans chocolate and roast and grind our own nuts in-house for the right profile and the most intense flavor. We work with small producers who obsess over their craft the same way we do.
Our job is to show their amazing product off as ice cream.
